Contracts Lawyer

Contracts Lawyer required to join a local authority based in North Wales for an initial 6 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Lawyer to undertake varied work within a local authority.

The successful candidate will take on a busy caseload of contracts and some commercial property work. This work will be all-encompassing, and will give the Contract Lawyer exposure to the full range of local authority contracts and ad-hoc contracts matters.

The ideal Contracts Lawyer will have hands-on experience of working for a local authority previously, although this is not essential and candidates with a background in private practice are definitely encouraged to apply.

Our client is happy to accommodate the successful candidate a level of flexibility with working hours. The Council is situated within walking distance from excellent transport links, making it an easily commutable location.
