My client, a leading business within Hampshire is seeking a Legal Adviser to join their established legal department on a 6 month contract. This fantastic opportunity covers a broad range of general commercial matters, interfacing with a range of stakeholders.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
* Drafting, advising and negotiating on a range of general commercial contract matters as well as handling regulatory, EU, IP and multi-jurisdictional work
* Building strong and effective relationships internally by providing pragmatic advice to the wider business
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, holding a minimum of 2 years PQE* with a background gained in Commercial Law. Experience of working in-house and in a regulatory field whilst not essential, would be advantageous.
