Junior Restructuring lawyer - Top 10 law firm

My client is a very well known and highly respected UK law firm who are rated highly by all of the directories for their work in corporate and financial restructuring. Following an exciting senior hire, they are now in need of support at the junior end, so are looking for those from 1-3 pqe. They will also be open to considering particularly excellent NQs.

The work this team does is a true mix, they act for the full range of borrowers, lenders, and investors, rather than just the banks. They therefore offer a broader spread of restructuring work than a lot of other firms such as those in the Magic Circle. Around 80% of the work this team does is cross-border in nature and the work is largely non-contentious, though this team they work closely with the disputes and finance teams as well.

This team is slightly top heavy and there is a gap at the junior level, so for the right candidate there is a very exciting platform. You would be part of one of the best Restructuring practices in London and would be working alongside partners who are genuine leaders in their field. There is also excellent progression on offer as well as a very competitive salary. Despite all of this, the team operates a very relaxed and collegiate working environment - they very rarely (if ever) lose associates to competitors.
