Property Paralegal (Development/Plot Sales)

An exciting new property paralegal role has come up at a commercial law firm in Chester. The firm in question has a legal assistant/paralegal role working for one of the firm's commercial property partners dealing with commercial development work.

The role would suit anybody from a commercial or residential property background looking to work for a strong commercial practice. Work would involve elements of the following:

• Residential development
• Plot sales
• Real estate
• High end conveyancing

The Partner with whom the successful candidate would work has his own base of commercial property developer clients. They provide a practical and costs effective service assisting property developers specialising in developing high quality student accommodation for sale to investors and new homes for owners.

The role is paying up to £21,000 and the firms is based in the centre of Chester, close to the train station. It may appeal to candidates currently dealing with residential property work who are looking to do something slightly different.

Stated experence and salary levels are for guidance only. All applications demonstrating the skills necessary to fulfil the role will be considered
