More specifically, as a Learning and Development Administrator, you will be responsible for;

  • Maintaining accurate records of all training and development, both internally and externally.
  • Maintaining a database of development needs across the business
  • Assisting with company appraisal process, tracking documents to completion, collation and analysis of development needs.
  • Coordinating internal training courses
  • Tracking of the L&D budget, to feed into the quarterly L&D Management report.
  • Booking exams and purchasing study materials/ tuition for employees who are undertaking professional qualifications supported by the Company
  • Managing L&D processes
  • Monitoring the central L&D mailbox; responding to or escalating queries as necessary
  • Supporting with L&D projects and strategies

Ideally, you will have had exposure to the financial services, either in an administrative support capacity or within a similar role. A degree / CIPD qualification is preferred.

You must have exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills and have the professionalism to work with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
