Hudson Legal have been instructed on a new Corporate role with a leading City firm who are looking to expand the Corporate team further. Our client has a strong reputation in cross-border transactions and has a strong international focus.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a smaller team environment with close Partner contact and the opportunity for career progression.

The team works on a variety of matters, including M&A, Private Equity and AIM. Associates have a high level of client contact and business development is strongly encouraged.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

*Strong academics

*1+ years PQE

*Experience at a highly rated UK or City firm

*To be driven and ambitious
