Our world-renowned client are seeking a Deafness Paralegal to work in their Industrial Disease department based in Greater Manchester. They are an award winning legal practice with inspiring attitude and outstanding training programmes. The successful applicant will have completed their LPC with previous experience in dealing with deafness cases as well as some experience in NIHL cases. You must have a defendant litigation background as the majority of the case load will be litigated.
For the Deafness Paralegal role you will be progressing an interesting and diverse caseload of deafness cases. You will be providing strategic and educated advice, adhering to client guidelines and the firm's regulations. In terms of your workload you will be investigating and progressing cases from inception to completion. This is an interesting line of work and the firm take pride in providing high-value and stimulating cases for their employees. You will also be liaising with clients and developing long-term client relations.
