We are working with a Norwich law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its small but established property team.

The team has a senior partner and some junior solicitors and is looking for somebody to slot into the space in the team. You will working with your own clients and also helping mentor the other juniors in the team.

The firm has a fantastic reputation locally. The culture is excellent and there is genuine work/life balance on offer. You would not be working for a top tier firm but an established player in the local market with some great clients. There is a lot of interaction with the Corporate team and you would be getting involved with Corporate support work.

Typically the team advise on:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Residential/Commercial Development
• Leases and all matters relating to the landlord and tenant act.
• Corporate support work
• Property development projects

This opportunity would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor in the local market who is seeking a fresh challenge and the chance to progress in a small but established team.

The firm is particularly keen to speak to solicitors who are outside of the East Anglia market and considering moving back. It is a great chance for a city lawyer to reclaim a work/life balance but also work on top quality property work.

Our client will consider candidates at all levels and are open to the level that the incoming solicitor would come in at. Accordingly, salary levels are also negotiable for the right person.
