Highly regarded law firm with a focus on Public Sector and Governmental Clients nationally. This high profile law firm is seeking to recruit an NQ+ Solicitor to join the Corporate Team within the Commercial & Infrastructure department of the Bristol office.

The firm deals with high value and complex transactions and provides a range of services to Public and Private Sector Clients.

The Corporate Team is renowned for the work it undertakes and encompasses all aspects of Corporate Law including acquisitions and disposals, mergers, restructuring, governance and company secretarial work. The work is predominantly public focused and the clients will include Social Landlords and Housing and registered providers as well as social enterprises and charitable organisations.

The role would suit a NQ+ Solicitor with excellent academics coupled with experience of working at a City or Regional Law firm and or exposure to Public Sector Clients.

The work undertaken is interesting and complex by its nature with the chance to grow and develop a long term career at a leading law firm.
