Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking a real estate lawyer to join their office in the Cayman Islands. Possessing years of experience in all types of commercial property law, the team handle a varied caseload consisting of; land acquisitions, property acquisitions and disposals, grant of business leases, leisure and healthcare development work and property finance. They are also known for their property experience on legal 500, being one of the top law firms in the sector.
The client is seeking a real estate lawyer with 5-10 PQE. you will be advising top tier clients on; syndicated transactions, conduit lenders and securitisations, loan agreements, security and credit arrangements, commercial property, sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, re-mortgage and equity release and purchasing and leasing. UK or Australian experience in a leading law firm or professional service is mandatory for this role.
