Restructuring Associate NQ-4 PQE

An excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level NQ/restructuring lawyer to join this leading global law firm. Candidates must have strong academics and experience gained at a law firm recognised for its restructuring practice.

The practice acts for senior lenders, distressed investors, debtors and insolvency practitioners in all aspects of corporate insolvency and restructuring. The team is largely non-contentious, working closely with the disputes team when more litigious matters arise.

The position will suit an NQ to 4 year qualified who is a team player, capable of working effectively with colleagues at all levels. Client facing experience is also important and opportunities often arise for associates to spend time on secondment with key clients of the firm.
