Private Client Solicitor

One of South Cheshire's leading multi-site law firms is looking to take on a private client solicitor to join their highly respected private client team.

The firm has a first-rate reputation in the Cheshire for providing wills and estate planning advice. The work the team delivers includes will drafting, trusts, care of the elderly, basic tax planning, setting up and administering trusts in respect of the family home, probate and estate administration, inheritance and will disputes.

Although there is some flexibility, the Head of Department is keen to recruit a solicitor with at least 3 years' post qualification experience who can offer a broad spectrum of private client services. Full STEP membership or progress towards STEP is expected
