Top 200, centrally based, City Law Firm is looking for a Corporate/M&A lawyer to assist their team for 6/12 months FTC or for the right candidate on a straight Permanent basis. You will be exposed to challenging and high quality work including: public and private M&A work; AIM, restructuring, joint ventures, due diligence, drafting shareholder agreements. You will be part of a collaborative and astute team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have demonstrative experience within private practice.
