Personal Injury Locum

A well regarded multi-office law firm in Devon is looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer to assist on a Locum basis.

The cover is required to start ASAP and last for approximately 3 months.

Skills required:-
* The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a good level of experience practising as a Personal Injury fee earner within private practice
* You will need to be able to handle your own caseload self-sufficiently with minimal supervision
* There may be a supervisory element to the role assisting with a Paralegal who is also working on PI cases
* You will need to have reasonable IT skills as there may not be regular/experienced secretarial assistance

The position:-
* The caseload will be a mixed and varied one, dealing with claimant work
* You may be required to deal with RTA claims, EL/PL/OL matters, catastrophic injuries matters, asbestos claims and possibly other litigation matters
* The cases will have a range of values so that you will be dealing with small claims, fast track and multi track work

Hourly rates are payable for this role.
