Corporate Renewables Associate 4yrs+
Corporate Renewables Associate required by national law firm that continues to grow and make waves in the legal 100.
The firm act for household names and clients within the FTSE 250 and has a reputation globally within renewable law
The department deals with clients seeking to develop equity finance renewable energy projects, ranging from small scale developers to the large infrastructure/pension funds and yieldcos.
Within the role you will be involved in advising on all manner of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint venture/development agreements and profit share arrangements.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience gained at a City or top regional firm.
