Private Client Solicitor/Senior Associate

I’m currently working alongside one of the most notable and respected law firms in the UK. It now has an opening available in its award-winning Private Client department for an experienced and ambitious Solicitor/Senior Associate in Chester.

Working amongst this considerably experienced team, you will be reporting directly to the firm’s partner. Additionally, you’ll be leading a team of private-client specialists, consisting of experienced paralegals and other qualified lawyers. Ideally, my client is looking for a motivational, encouraging mentor manager who can work closely with the team to inspire and improve performance.

Working with the department’s members, the successful private client solicitor in Chester will be handling their own caseload of matters, ranging from wills and trusts to probate, whilst also overseeing the work of the team and the practice’s more complex cases.

Ideally, you will be a performance manager who is passionate about strengthening the team, assisting with the delivery of appropriate learning, and handling coaching, as required.
