The role

You will be joining a supportive, successful, and growing Personal Injury (PI) team, where you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of RTA matters. The size of your caseload will vary depending on the level of your experience, be it pre-litigation or litigation cases that you are best working on.

Desirably, you will bring with you experience of handling a mixed caseload of RTA pre-litigated and litigated files. I am looking for a mix of fast-track and multi-track experience for this legal role, as opportunities exist for both within this firm!

Requirements

Ideally, you will be a commercial candidate who is self-motivated and ambitious to work to a high standard, achieving (and exceeding) targets set both financially and in regards to compliance. You will be supported via a high-performing RTA team around you, which can assist and enable you to develop your skills further to achieve what you are looking for in your career.
