My client is a well regarded and leading law firm based in the affluent area of South Manchester; they are a small team off 11 including support.
The successful candidate with be highly motivated and look to develop their career whilst maintaining a good quality of work in a team -orientated environment, ideally you will have a strong rounded litigation background and have the ability to assist senior members of the team when required.
The Role:
Assisting partners and conducting own caseload under supervision on a wide range of dispute resolution and commercial litigation matters. The department deals with but not limited to;
- Commercial and Contract Disputes
- Professional Negligence
- Property litigation
- IP and IT disputes
- Company/Shareholder Disputes
