Childcare Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in Greater Manchester for an initial 3 month period.

Take advantage of this exciting opportunity to work as part of a friendly Childcare team within a well-respected Local Authority.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will have the option of fleixble working and the option to work from home on a number of days if desired.

The candidate will undertake a maximum of 14-15 cases in pre-proceeding matters, with duties that may include:

  • Advocacy
  • Pre-proceedings
  • PLO's

The ideal Childcare Lawyer will come from a Local Authority background, although candidates with private practice childcare experience will absolutely be considered and encouraged to apply.
