Our Client is a well established and specialist Personal Injury Practice based in Greater Manchester/North Manchester. The firm have a strong reputation in the Personal Injury Sector and continue to receive quality instructions.
The firm are going through a period of growth and are therefore seeking to appoint an experienced Multi Track Solicitor/Litigator.
The Role
- Based in their Multi Track Department handling a case load of serious, complex and/or poly-trauma multi track claims.
- To draft expert instructions, witness statements, prepare bundles, and court documents.
- To proactively use a case management system to improve speed of settlement, MI and manage compliance.
Suitable Candidates
- You will be highly professional with a stable employment history
- You will have at least 3 years experience in running a multi track case load
- You will have an understanding of client's clinical needs and rehabilitation needs
- You will have a firm grasp of funding, fixed fee and portal costs and CPR.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience - £40,000 - £50,000.
- Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
