Top in house Paralegal Role - Transaction Manager

My client is an Investment bank in the City looking to hire a paralegal to work within their private bank. The role is to work within the client lending operations. 

Responsibilities will include reviewing legal documentation for regulated and un-regulated mortgages, obtaining quotes and Instructing panel solicitors, undertaking security reviews including obtaining searches from relevant sources and liaising with the legal team to assist in resolving issues.

A successful candidate will have experience in undertaking or reviewing legal documentation for mortgages, knowledge and understanding of all parts of the Conveyancing process, knowledge of mortgage lending lifecycle, strong knowledge of MCOB and MMR would be an advantage and experience in DPR Mortgage Origination and Servicing System would be an advantage.
