Senior Compliance Consultant

My client, a leading commercial insurance organisation seeks to recruit a Senior Compliance Consultant to work within their in-house legal function, to support the compliance director in the management, governance and compliance related processes across the business.

The duties and responsibilities will include -

• Providing strategic and operational compliance support to company operations in Europe and Asia Pacific
• developing and maintaining the firms policies and procedures
• Working with the in-house counsel to implement and manage procedures to ensure compliance with money laundering and data protection laws.
• managing compliance projects and worldwide regulatory licensing obligations
• reviewing commercial agreements

The successful candidate will be an experienced compliance professional and non-qualified lawyers who are compliance professionals will also be considered. The successful candidate will likely already be coming from in-house in a compliance role and ideally already have experience of working in the insurance sector.
