A new opportunity has arisen for an oil & gas lawyer with upstream energy experience to join a global industry leader on an initial 6-12 month contract. This position is offered on a day rate basis commencing immediately in their Aberdeen office.
You will preferably be trained in a reputable private practice firm coupled with in-house experience in the sector. You will use your expertise to support the business on a range of commercial and corporate activities including drafting and negotiating complex agreements, advising on joint venture arrangements and supplier contracts in addtion to governance and risk management matters.
