PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR – SERIOUS INJURY - MANCHESTER

Personal injury Solicitor, Serious Injury Manchester – The niche serious injury team of this well-respected claimant firm is looking to hire an experienced solicitor of approximately 3-6 PQE or more to focus on high value multi track RTA and EL/PL work.

SUMMARY

  • Job Title: Personal Injury Solicitor – Serious Injury

  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000+ bonus
  • Reports to: Partner – Head of Department
  • Background: Either claimant or defendant experience will be considered, but candidates must be able to demonstrate an ability to handle own caseload of multi-track serious injury files.

THE TEAM

The firm as a whole has developed an outstanding reputation for its high value personal injury work. The team regularly advise on claims of a significant value including brain and spinal injuries arising out of RTAs or EL/PL claims.

The role is to handle an existing serious injury caseload, so candidates must be able to demonstrate previous such experience with a full knowledge of the multi-track process from cradle to grave.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

In terms of an ideal profile, our client is looking to attract bright candidates with a real passion for this area of law. A consistently strong academic record, technical ability and proven experience are a good starting point. Nevertheless, the firm is also looking for people with outstanding client care skills.
