Credit Hire Paralegal – A Personal injury paralegal with litigated Credit Hire experience is currently in demand to join one the claimant personal injury team of one of our leading legal 500 clients. You should be able to demonstrate around one year or more of litigated credit hire experience from a reputable firm and be confident handling your own caseload.

CREDIT HIRE PARALEGAL - THE ROLE

The personal injury paralegals within the Credit Hire team work closely with the RTA side of the practice. In particular, you will be expected to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Credit Hire law as well as a practical ability to perform a broad spectrum of tasks from analysing medical reports drafting court documents and assisting other members of the team. You will also be asked on occasion to attend mediations and other hearings.

The credit hire paralegals perform a crucial role within the firm and members of that team are encouraged to grow and develop their skillset to progress within the practice.
