Multi award-winning, leading firm requires a Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer in the Kidderminster area.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our clients’ highly regarded department in Worcestershire. With a choice of offices in the region from which to be based; the successful Lawyer will become part of a specialist team handling a varied caseload of disputes for a range of clients based throughout the West Midlands and beyond. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will play a key role in business development, driving the department forwards and ensuring further growth and success of the firm as a whole. With first class interpersonal skills, the successful Lawyer will also supervise and mentor junior colleagues and assist with recruitment for the department.
A demanding, hand-on position, suited to a confident and driven Lawyer seeking a new challenge within a leading practice. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 8 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Commercial Litigation department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.
You will ideally have prior supervisory experience and be able to mentor junior colleagues.
A proven track record of successful involvement in business development activities is a pre-requisite.
You will be a pro-active team player with a positive and client-focused attitude.
The ability to assist with team recruitment would be advantageous.
