A law firm based in the city, who have a strong reputation within the restructuring & Insolvency practice area. With a busy practice, the firm is offering the opportunity for an Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer to join their London office.
Your new role
You will join the firm's highly rated and well regarded Restructuring and Insolvency department, working on a range of complex cross boarder insolvency matters which includes a mix of contentious and non contentious work. The team advises on advises financial institutions, turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders on strategies for recovery and turnaround.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least a 1-3 years PQE within the restructuring & insolvency space (contentious and non contentious) You will have a strong academic record, gaining this experience from a respected and leading private practice law firm. You will ideally be UK qualified and come from a city practice , but candidates from regional practices and non UK qualified lawyers will be considered.
