Real Estate Solicitor

a rare and exciting opportunity has presented itself for an experienced solicitor to work within a market-leading Real Estate team in a top 20 law firm, with offices in Bristol, London, and other locations throughout the UK and Worldwide.

The strength and breadth of my client's Bristol Real Estate team's client portfolio remains unrivalled in the South West, providing excellent opportunities to work with leading national and international PLCs, listed real estate developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and public sector organisations.

Due to continued growth and expansion throughout the South West, my client now requires new team members to play an essential, valued role in delivering high quality service and acting as first and primary contact for clients on a day to day basis providing them with commercially focused legal advice and adhering closely to client protocol and process.

You would be expected to make an appropriate contribution to non fee-earning activity e.g. knowledge sharing, training, client seminars, and business development.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and dedicated, have a strong work ethic and be keen to seize the opportunity to progress their legal career by developing their technical skills and commercial awareness in a friendly, collaborative environment.

You will need to be a Solicitor with experience in Real Estate typically to have been gained in negotiating leases and agreements for lease for landlords and/or tenants as well as dealing with applications for consent to assign, deeds of variation, lease renewals, surrenders, licences to alter and underleases. You will possess strong technical skills and an ability to understand and work through complex issues.

On offer is a competitive salary between 37-50K depending on experience and a lucrative benefits package.
