We are looking to recruit for an Assistant Client Cashiering Manager to join the Finance team based in Chelmsford office.

The successful candidate will need to work competently within the Finance Operations team as an Assistant Cashiering Manager. Contributing to the effectiveness of the Finance department. Providing a comprehensive and efficient service to internal and external clients, in order that the business objectives of the firm and the department are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of SRA AR gained through experience and preferably supported by qualification.
  • Working knowledge of cashiering processes in an International law firm.
  • Experience dealing with Partners, Fee Earners and Senior Management. Excellent communication and relationship building skills, developed in a partnership environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to deal with changing requirements, able to balance competing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills with good attention to detail both personally and for the team.
  • Ability to help lead and motivate a team including goal setting and performance management.
  • Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Elite 3E (or similar Financial Systems).
