They are now offering a fantastic opportunity to an enthusiastic Residential Property Lawyer to join their friendly and supportive team in Oxford.
The Role
Our reputable client is seeking to recruit a Residential Property Lawyer for their established Oxford team. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis suitable for applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with between three to seven years’ experience. The position will be managing a varied residential property caseload including property sales and purchases, high net worth transactions, transfers of equity, re-mortgages. The transactions will be with both private and charity clients. There will be a competitive salary package for the successful Solicitor. The Candidate
You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor or legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer;
Have 3-7 years’ PQE;
Have experience in residential property matters;
Ideally, have experience in residential landlord and tenant matters and lease extensions.
Have a good academic background with a minimum 2:1 level degree;
Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
