NQ - 7 years PQE in Ashford, Kent

A well-established leading Law firm in Kent are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Corporate and Commercial Lawyer with NQ-7 years PQE to join their growing, friendly team in Ashford, Kent.

You will be running your own caseload, supporting the Head of Department and Trainees with large transactional and advisory Corporate and Commercial work including Mergers, Acquisitions (M&A) and Joint Venture projects.

Additionally, your key responsibilities and duties will include working with a diverse and growing client base, undertaking a broad range of Corporate & Commercial matters including Company Share Sales and Purchases, Business/Asset Sales and Purchases, Restructuring, drafting and advising on Partnership Agreements, LLP Agreements, Agency Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Terms and Conditions of Trading and Shareholders¿ Agreements and other related documents and matters. From time to time, you will be supervising the work of Trainees within the department.

You will be open to challenges and be able to contribute to both Corporate and Commercial work and show an aptitude for marketing and building client relationships.

Salary range: £32k - £42k per annum (dependent on experience)
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
