Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Fee Earner, West Yorkshire

A Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Fee Earner is required to join a commercially focused multi service practice in West Yorkshire. The role has arisen as part of the continued commitment to develop and expand their existing Conveyancing team. Salary is dependent on experience and there are opportunities to develop your career.

My client is a legal 500 firm with an extremely good reputation who works with market leading and recognised clients and who now requires a proactive team player who has solid conveyancing file handling experience.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer/fee earner to manage full transactional case load from initial instruction through to completion. You will have extensive Residential Conveyancing experience, ideally with at least 12 months, and it is essential you have managed your own full Residential Conveyancing case load.

You will be an experienced Fee Earner, Legal Executive, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer or conveyancing fee earner/qualified professional to move into a consistent and dynamic team. We are looking for a forward thinking and ambitious candidate that can manage their own caseload independently, without supervision and have the ability to develop new business.
