Their Health & Safety group act for clients across the whole range of health and safety matters, covering a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare and retail. The wider Regulatory team acts for clients being investigated and/ or prosecuted by the Police, Health and Safety Executive, Local Authority, the Environment Agency and other regulatory enforcement bodies for breaches of heath and safety, product safety, food safety, road safety and related legislation.
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Solicitor to the team. You will ideally have a minimum of 1PQE in Regulatory matters, with a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and enforcement.
