Legal 500 practice with a raft of accreditations seeking a Senior Residential Property Lawyer in London.
Our client is an established Lexcel accredited and Legal 500-rated practice that is held in the highest regard for its work across a number of departments. Every staff member is a genuine specialist in their field, which has enabled the practice to expand continuously, and a reputation for excellence to be obtained. The practice is conveniently located with excellent transport links nearby, and as such is ideally placed to accommodate its vast client base, which spans not only the country, but overseas.
The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a technically excellent Senior Residential Property Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice in East London. Becoming part of a CQS-accredited department, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion to include: freehold and leasehold; remortgages; shared ownership; transfers of equity; development projects and related sales and; equity release. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will manage a team of fee earners and participate in business development activities to ensure the further growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Residential Conveyancing department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise, including development work.
Prior experience of managing a team would be highly advantageous.
You will be IT literate with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience of working with CQS and Lexcel-accredited teams is desirable.
You will possess first class interpersonal and client care skills across all levels.
