Private Wealth Lawyer

Top 100 Law Firm Is looking for someone to cover a 12 month Maternity leave within their Private Wealth Team.

You will handle a mixed and varied workload with a high quality client base. Specific responsibilities include Tax, trusts and estate planning work for private clients and professional and corporate trustees. The work includes advice on wills, trusts and EPAs, LPAs, tax planning (both UK and International), provision of “family office” and trust administration services, probate and the administration of estates.

MAIN DUTIES

1 To ensure that all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly informed on progress and fees and disbursements.

2 At all times, exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner.

3 Ensure the confidentiality and security of all the firm’s and client documentation and information.

4 Achieve agreed levels of billing and time-recording.

5 Ensure compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and the Professional Code of Conduct for Solicitors. 6Maintain clear and precise communications with other personnel of the firm.

7 Ensure good working relationships with clients, both individual and institutional, other professionals and all contacts.

You will be part of a collaborative and astute team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have demonstrative experience within private practice.
