Paralegal job with International firm based in Exeter


Your new firm
An exciting opportunity for a Paralegal has arisen within this international firm based in Exeter. The firm have a unique culture and are renowned for their expertise all over the world in a wide variety of areas.

Your new role
You will be involved in a number of areas and will be completing tasks such as negotiating deeds of grant of rights, substation leases and transfers. You will be assisting expert solicitors and partners on property and development transactions whilst also assisting in conveyancing matters. You will be dealing with adoption agreements (roads, sewers, open spaces etc) and will be providing excellent client service to set deadlines.

What you need to succeed
You will preferably have prior experience in managing files, with an excellent academic record and strong client focus and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Ideally you will have graduated with a LLB/GDL/LPC with an elective in property law. Prior experience either in a paralegal or property role is desirable.
