Private Client

This Croydon based law firm seeks a Private Client lawyer on a permanent basis. The firm is looking for a self efficient, self starter to join their team. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in wills, probate, Court of Protection and estate administration matters. You will be required to provide advice on all these matters including issues in wills such as guardianship, adoption and divorce, inheritance tax planning, obtaining grants of probate, reviewing and amending wills and winding up and distributing estates. Candidates with upwards of two years pqe will be considered.
