Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire a professional support lawyer to join their Employment & Incentives team in London.
The role will involve supporting fee earners through building the firm's knowledge database and helping to deliver training. You will be updating the firm's precedent database and drafting know how guides, as well as client training and other client facing activities. You will work closely with the marketing team.
The successful candidate will have significant experience as an employment lawyer, either in private practice or within an in-house team, as well as an excellent academic record. They will have experience leading business development initiatives and some exposure to employee incentives work. Previous experience in a PSL role is desirable but not essential.
