Childcare paralegal required to join a local authority based in Greater Manchester for an initial 3 month period.

This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a team which allows it's legal assistants and Paralegals to undertake interesting work with an emphasis on ownership and managing their own cases. This role would be ideal for an ambitious Childcare PAralegalwho wants to get stuck in to a busy workload.

The ideal Childcare Paralegal will carry out duties such as:

  • Witness statement
  • Taking instructions and giving advice
  • Carrying out research
  • Preparing applications
  • Drafting documents and correspondence
  • Section 20 discharge
  • Bundles
  • Supporting Senior Solicitors
