The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload from inception to post-completion, so previous experience with this is essential. Primary responsibilities will include client and third party liaison, relationship development and achievement of personal and team targets.

You must hold a relevant qualification Solicitor, CILEx, CLC and be committed to client care and business targets. Commercial awareness and a high level of organisation are key elements to the role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Fee Earner to have position is unique in that the practice will consider solicitors with experience in Residential Property and provide training for the move to commercial property
