The Firm
This well established law firm with offices throughout Cumbria are seeking to appoint a Property Solicitor to join their Property department which consists of 5 Partners be based at their office in North Cumbria.
The Role
Will involve handling your own mixed caseload consisting of;
- Residential Conveyancing caseload will consist of High Value Property transactions
- Commercial Property caseload will consist of Transactional matters on behalf of SME's and Large Corporations
- Agricultural Property, which fill form a developing aspect of your caseload
The Ideal Applicant
Will be a Qualified Solicitor, who is able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge and the ability to handle a mixed caseload of Property matters. You will also be passionate about undertaking business development and attending networking events.
