Litigation Lawyer

Introduction:

This is a great opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer to join a Litigation Funding legal service company in London. This role will include handling a broad range of commercial litigation cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the provision of a broad range of commercial litigation legal advice and management.
• Conduct risk based investment due diligence on legal merits.
• Ensure and apply fundamental due diligence principals to all potential cases.
• Prepare and review documentation summaries.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory rules.
• Regular interaction with other lawyers and stakeholders.

Key Skills:

As the Litigation Lawyer, you have 4+PQE (however a different level of experience will be considered if you meet the required standards, the figure given is indicative) dealing with complex and in depth cases. You will have strong commercial litigation experience and be prepared to deal with a wide range of matters and stakeholders.
