The firm now has over 15 offices across the US, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Due to a recent increase in workflow, a vacancy has arisen for a new Junior Partner - Commercial Property, to join the growing City office.
The Real Estate is a growing department that has grown considerably in recent years. The department is currently very busy, and subsequently, the department is seeking a new Junior Partner. You will deal with a broad caseload of work including; Development, Investment, Acquisitions and Disposals, Landlord & tenant and Commercial Leases. You will deal with businesses of all sizes.
This role would be an excellent stepping-stone for a candidate in a top-heavy firm seeking Partnership.
- You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least eight years PQE
- You should have had a good exposure to business development
- A good billing track record is essential
- Experience of leading a team will be to advantage but is not essential
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience
