Position - Head of Conveyancing

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Lawyer or Solicitor to join a multi-practice law firm in London. The firm have a number of well developed legal services offers, particularly within Residential Property, where they are now looking to bring in a Head of Conveyancing. As such the firm are looking for a qualified Lawyer that possesses the technical and business development skills to fill this post. With this in mind the firm are looking for a Solicitor with a good understanding of how to generate business through new marketing and service delivery strategies and by utilising and increasing efficiency in cross referral work with other teams. The firm would also need a lawyer that can act as a technical focal point for junior members of staff and to help in the training and mentoring of junior members of the team. In turn this is a great opportunity for an aspiring or current Conveyancing Manager that is looking to join a large national practice that has the resources at hand to help you develop a strong Residential Property law team as you sit.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad Conveyancing experience.
- Able to implement business development and marketing strategies.
- Able to work with other teams to develop business at the firm.
