Temporary Residential Property Paralegal

Established law firm based close to Cannon Street are looking for a residential property paralegal to deal with plot sales and shared ownership. You will be acting for first time buyers and you must be capable of explaining the process, ordering searches, liaising with the developer’s sales team, dealing with requisite help to buy forms, pre-completion and mortgage work. 

You must have at least 6 months experience as a residential property paralegal and have an understanding of all searches and procedures. This role would suit a paralegal with a genuine interest in residential property who is available to start immediately. Temporary role with the potential to go permanent.
