Position - Residential Conveyancing Manager


A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Lawyer or Solicitor to join a multi-practice law firm in London. The firm have a number of well developed legal services offers, particularly within Residential Property, where they are now looking to bring in a Conveyancing Manger. As such the firm are looking for a qualified Lawyer that possesses the technical skill and performance management experience to directly manager a number of Conveyancing team leaders each day. The work will also involve active support and mentoring of junior staff, with the need to formalise plans to focus on best practice and improving the customer experience. In turn this is a great opportunity for an aspiring or current Conveyancing Manager that is looking to take on role with a large, high performance Conveyancing business in London that offers clear and realistic opportunities for career progression.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad Conveyancing experience.
- Experience in managing Conveyancing team leaders and Solicitors.
- Able to put plans in place to formalise best practice and to mentor junior staff.
