The Role
We are now actively seeking a talented and ambitious Property Lawyer for a busy team based in Somerset. With the skills and expertise to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, the successful Lawyer will handle residential, commercial and agricultural property transactions, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Areas may include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; planning; lease drafting and negotiations; landlord and tenant matters; granting farm business tenancies and; development acquisitions. Keen to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, the successful Lawyer will immerse themselves in initiatives for the department and practice as a whole. You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience gained within Property;

You will be personable, professional and detail orientated;
You will have a desire for professional development.
