A global business intelligence corporation are seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join them as a Legal Counsel for EMEA. On offer is an opportunity to be part of an international technology organisation at an exciting time of growth, fantastic career development and a great remuneration package.
Using your technical skills you will work with the Senior Legal counsel for EMEA and be expected to;
- Negotiate and draft commercial contracts with global clients
- Be a contact for all legal issues across EMEA
- Liaise with the sales team providing legal advice on any matters
- Advise Senior stake holders on potential risk and compliance issues.
To be successful you will be at least 3 years PQE, having trained at a highly regard Private Practice, with considerable experience in a commercial capacity. Ideally you will have at least one secondment with technology giant, working on software licensing contracts. You will have a flexible and pragmatic approach, be able to work effectively on your own, coupled with demonstrable experience working with senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
