Assisting the negotiation of cash prime brokerage products for the Fixed Income Financing and Equity Financing businesses, including the negotiation of prime brokerage agreements and global netting agreements, supporting the Legal Contract Management and Distribution teams with respect to such negotiations and advising on all transactional and regulatory issues (in particular CASS and AIFMD) relevant to such products.

* Assisting with one or more of the following:

* the negotiation of delta-1 equity derivatives products within the Equity Financing business, including the negotiation of master confirmation agreements and CFD terms and advising on transactional and regulatory issues relevant to such products; and/o

* the negotiation of repurchase agreements and securities lending agreements and advising on all transactional and regulatory issues relevant to such products.

* Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in relation to (i) the cash prime brokerage products within the Fixed Income and Equity Financing businesses and (ii) one or more of (a) the delta 1 equity synthetics products within the Equity Financing business and/or (b) the repo and securities lending business (collectively, the "Prime Legal Advisory Product Coverage Areas").

*Providing legal input to business-led projects with respect to (i) the cash prime brokerage products within the Fixed Income and Equity Financing businesses and (ii) one or more of the other Prime Legal Advisory Product Coverage Areas

*Assisting with the banks representation in key industry working groups with respect to with respect to (i) the cash prime brokerage products within the Fixed Income and Equity Financing businesses and (ii) one or more of the other Prime Legal Advisory Product Coverage Areas.

*Ensuring regular updates on legal risk management, regulatory issues and other escalation issues are provided to key legal and other stakeholders.

*Experience of (i) prime brokerage agreements, global netting agreements/cross-product master agreements and (ii) one or more of OTC equity derivatives repo and stock lending
