We are exclusively instructed by our client, a highly successful boutique Credit Asset Management Company located in Central London to appoint a lawyer to join its high calibre small legal team.

Working in close proximity to the business, this is an opportunity to genuinely impact on the company's growth and evolution. You will enjoy a high degree of responsibility and can be confident of a broad diet of work, intellectual challenge and the opportunity to see your remit develop as the organisation grows.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting on general fund related structuring work, CLO's SPV's and other investment products
  • Transactional work including facility agreements, fund documentation and GMRA Repo/ISDA Agreements
  • Regulatory/ company law matters including marketing of funds, passporting, corporate governance, attending board meetings, and drafting NDAs etc.

    You will be a UK qualified solicitor with experience in either funds or structured finance. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to develop strong working relationships across the business, with external counsel and relevant regulators. The ideal individual will demonstrate enthusiasm and the willingness to learn and be involved in the growth and evolution of the business.

    This is an ideal opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to further their experience in a smaller, highly entrepreneurial funds business, which offers an excellent working culture for its staff.
